Getting Started

Do you service my area?

If you live in the GTHA we will service you. Areas included are Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, Niagara, and Brantford. If you are not in these areas then sorry! Sign up to our newsletter to hear about our expansions.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning includes: your kitchen, living and dining rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. This means dusting and cobweb removal, vacuuming floors and carpets, mopping of floors, wiping of cabinets, windows, appliance faces, blinds and countertops. It includes bathtub and shower scrub, toilets, and sinks. 

How much will it cost?

Pricing is automatic according to the choices selected. From a one bedroom one bathroom and up it can vary. The easiest way to know is to head over on to the Booking Page and enter your options. The price will be automatically calculated for you and displayed before you order.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. Our cleaners bring their own equipment and supplies.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

If you require special tasks please email support@perfectcleaners.ca ahead of time or add it into the instructions. Extra fees may be applicable.

How does billing work?

We take credit card through our online form. The evening before your clean we put a hold on your credit card. At the end of the day we charge your card.

What if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint please file it with support@perfectcleaners.ca or via our 1-800 number. You also get the opportunity to rate your cleaners. You should receive an email at the end of the cleaning day allowing you to do so.

How do I log into my account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my password?

How do I reset my password?

How do I change my address?

How do I change my credit card?

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply head on over to the booking page and order online. Select your options including bedroom, bathroom, and extras as well as a time and place and presto! You’ll have a perfectly clean home in no time!

Pricing & Policies

Do you clean baseboards?

Yes. We clean all visible and easily accessible baseboards when you select the Extra.

Do you clean inside kitchen cabinets?

If you reach out to us we can give you a custom quote for kitchen cabinets. We currently do bathroom cabinets in our online orders only.

Do I apply for a re-clean?

Depending on the circumstances of your home you may or may not apply for a re-clean. Your eligibility for a re-clean is subject to our discretion.

Is the price displayed in the booking form the base price?

No, the price you see if the actual price of your order. What you see is what you get. The only exception is when the cleaner arrives and she or he notices any unusual or more than usual situation we may need to get you to sign off on an extra care clean which ranges from $30-35.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, you can trust your home cleaner. Perfect Cleaners cleaning professionals are background checked and insured. We have a strict vetting process guaranteeing the best cleaners in the city who will be on time, respectful, and efficient.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We love to assist you through any problem you may experience. Please call us at 1-800-971-5770 or email us at support@perfectcleaners.ca as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to provide a satisfactory solution.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We use SSL and HTTPs technology for our booking form. Your information is safe.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All of our cleaners go through Hamilton’s criminal record check.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied we will return to your home and re-do the work at no extra charge. Notice must be given within 24 hours of the initial clean.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer cash refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied we will book another appointment and offer a free clean within the week.

Extras

What’s included in the move in / move out?

Move in / Move out considers the fact that there is a larger surface area than usual. It also considers the fact that underneath furniture may not have been cleaned in a long time so their may be extra dirt and dust that takes time to clean in a move in or move out scenario.

What’s included in the inside fridge clean?

We’ll empty out your fridge, clean the entirety of the interior with food safe cleaners and place your items back in the fridge.

What’s included in the inside oven clean?

We’ll clean and scrub the inside of your oven with a heavy duty but safe oven cleaner.

What’s included in the inside windows clean?

We’ll clean streak free your interior windows and scoop up any muck from the tracts.

What’s included in the after renovation clean?

Normally after a renovation there is extra dust everywhere making cleans much more difficult. The after renovation clean takes into account the extra time required for an after renovation clean.

What’s included in the basement clean?

Our standard clean does not include the basement. By selecting the basement extra we will clean your basement as we do a regular living room, dusting, sweeping, and mopping where appropriate.

What’s included in wipe down walls and baseboards?

We dust and clean your dusty baseboards and walls.

What’s included in inside cupboards?

Normally this is paired with a move in / move out. We’ll clean out the inside of your kitchen and bathroom cabinets to make them look great!
